How to use it

• As a dip — spring rolls, prawn crackers, chicken goujons, halloumi fries, samosas
• As a glaze — brush over chicken wings, salmon or pork in the last few minutes of cooking so it caramelises without burning
• In a stir-fry — a couple of spoonfuls at the end with soy and lime
• In a dressing — loosen with lime juice and a little oil for a noodle or slaw dressing
• In a sandwich — with cold chicken, cream cheese or a fish finger sandwich
